“Customer”, “you” and “your” refers to the person or business purchasing goods or services from us.
“Goods” means any products supplied by us.
“Services” means any installation, design, manufacturing, consultation or related services supplied by us.

3. Orders
All orders placed by a customer constitute an offer to purchase goods and/or services.
An order shall only be accepted when:
We issue written confirmation; or
We send an email confirming acceptance; or
We dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before acceptance.
Any quotation provided by us is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and may be withdrawn at any time before acceptance.

4. Pricing
All prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling (£).
VAT will be charged where applicable at the prevailing rate.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time before an order is accepted.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Payment
Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment through approved payment methods displayed on our website.
Ownership of goods shall not pass to the customer until full payment has been received.

6. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, dimensions, specifications and images are accurate.
However:
Product colours may vary due to screen settings.
Handmade or decorative products may contain slight variations.
Images are for illustrative purposes only.
Minor variations shall not constitute a defect.

7. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We shall not be liable for delays caused by:
Courier companies
Manufacturers
Weather conditions
Supply chain disruptions
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Customers should inspect goods immediately upon receipt.
Any delivery shortages or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Collection of Goods
Where goods are collected by the customer:
Risk passes upon collection.
Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable transportation.
We are not liable for damage occurring after collection.

9. Returns and Cancellations
Consumers
Where applicable under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers may cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing.
Returned goods must be:
Unused
In original condition
In original packaging
Suitable for resale
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless goods are faulty.
Exclusions
The right to cancel does not apply to:
Bespoke products
Made-to-order products
Custom manufactured items
Special order goods

10. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods arrive damaged or defective, customers must notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where a fault is confirmed, we may:

Issue an appropriate refund.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

11. Installation Services
Where installation services are provided:
Customers must ensure safe access to the property.
The work area must be clear and ready for installation.
Additional charges may apply where unforeseen site conditions are encountered.
Installation dates are estimates and may be subject to change.

12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
Any liability which cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to the above, our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods or services purchased.
We shall not be liable for:
Indirect losses;
Consequential losses;
Loss of profits;
Loss of business;
Loss of opportunity.

13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where such delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Fire
Flood
War
Industrial disputes
Supplier failures
Government restrictions

Designs
Graphics
