1. Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we have a BIG showroom. We are based in West London at Unit J, Field Way, Greenford, UB6 8UN. We have all our products on display and a vast array of samples fitted to the walls to make it easier for you to choose the right plaster mouldings for your project.
Our opening times are 8am – 6pm on weekdays and 9am – 2pm on Saturday. Sundays closed.
2. How can we order and pay for your products?
You can order our products online, by calling us on 8578 1644 / 020 8578 8978 or coming to our shop at Unit J, Filed Way , Greenford , UB6 8UN.
Major Credit/Debit Cards and bank transfers are all acceptable methods of payment.
3. Can we exchange or refund any of your products?
Due to the nature of the product, all our items are non refundable and non exchangeable. If you are not sure about the product you want to purchase, you can pick up the samples from our showroom.
4. Do you have your company’s brochure and price list?
Yes, we do. If you would like a brochure or a price list, please contact us and we will send you one out by post.
You can find all our products with prices on our website www.cornicescentre.co.uk. The prices on our website are exclusive of VAT.
5. Do you also fit your products?
Yes, we do. We have a team of highly skilled, professional and experienced fitters who fit our products to the highest standards quickly and efficiently.
Please contact us on 020 8578 8978 if you need cornice or any other products fitted. Fitting prices are based on the various factors such as the size of the cornices, difficulty and pattern.
Please note that we only fit our own products.
6. Do you deliver your products?
Yes, we deliver within the M25 radius. Our delivery times are Monday to Friday between 8am to 6pm. These times may vary during Christmas, New Year or Bank Holidays.
If you need a delivery outside M25, please contact us to arrange it.
Give us a call and we will advise you on delivery times. Please be aware though, that if your order is sizeable and needs to be delivered, it may take up to 7 – 10 working days for us to get it to you.
All our customers are notified beforehand about the delivery day.
7. Do you have a stock ?
Yes, we have. Please contact us to check the stock before you come to avoid any kind of disappointment but most of our products are in stock ready to be picked up.
8. What is the cost of delivery?
We charge £25 + VAT for all orders over £250 before VAT within M25. If the order is less than £250 before VAT, the cost for delivery will be £48 + VAT within M25. Please call us on 020 8578 1644 if you have any further queries.
9. Do you send your product samples?
If you need a sample, these can be readily picked up from our showroom. Alternatively, please call us on 020 8578 1644 and we will try our best to help you. When you order cornices online or by phone we will send you a sample of cornice before it is delivered.
10. What are your products made from?
Our products are made from good quality plaster, hessian and timber lathes and are cast using traditional methods.
11. Do you come and estimate work beforehand?
Yes, we can do site visit and provide you with a detailed quotation for supplying and fitting our products. Our estimates are free of charge.
Site visits are not available for supply only orders.
12. Do you make the cornices to match the ones we have?
Yes, we also make matching to existing cornices according to the customer’s requirement. For this you need to bring us a profile of a cornice to be matched or a piece of cornice.
For supply and fit service, we will take the profile or template of the cornice from the site ourselves.
We provide services for making bespoke/customised cornices as well.
13. When do we pay for the works (before being started or when it is completed)?
When you are happy with the quote (Supply and fit quote) we have provided and are ready for us to carry out work, we require 50% of the set price (deposit) before work commences. When all works are completed, you need to pay the remaining balance.This only applies to supply and fit customers.
If it is supply only order we require full payment upfront with your order.
