Flexible Wood Board 22mm x 225mm x 2400mm

This flexible wood-based board, manufactured by Woodolex, is designed for joinery applications where standard rigid materials cannot be used. With a 22 mm thickness, it provides additional strength and substance while retaining the controlled flexibility required for curved and radius work.

Its versatile 225 mm width makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, including curved skirting boards, wall panelling, architraves, columns, arches, radius walls, furniture components, and bespoke joinery.

Manufactured with a high wood content, it combines the strength and workability of traditional wood-based boards with the added advantage of controlled flexibility.

When heated using a standard electric heat gun, the board becomes pliable, allowing it to be shaped around curved surfaces. Once cooled, it retains its formed shape, helping achieve accurate and repeatable installations.

If adjustments are required during fitting, the board can be reheated and reshaped multiple times.
