Free Collection
Free collection is available from our showroom and warehouse in Park Royal, London.
You can place your order online and collect it from us at no additional charge.
London Delivery – Zone 1A

UK Mainland Delivery
For areas outside our London delivery zones, delivery is calculated according to the type and size of the products in your basket.

Remote UK Areas
Additional delivery charges apply to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands.
The exact charge is calculated automatically at checkout according to your postcode and the products in your basket.
Products with Delivery Restrictions
Some long or fragile products, including many plaster cornices and coving profiles, are available only within our own delivery area.
A postcode checker is available on the product page for these items.
If your postcode is outside our standard delivery area, please contact us. In some cases, we may be able to arrange an alternative delivery option.
Production & Lead Times
Some products are made to order and may not always be available from stock.
If a product needs to be manufactured, the usual lead time is approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on our current production schedule and workload.
Once we receive your order, we will contact you to confirm the expected production and delivery date.
We always aim to complete and deliver orders as quickly as possible.
Express & Next Day Delivery
Same-day or next-day delivery may be available for selected in-stock products.
Availability and charges depend on the postcode, product type and order size.

International Delivery
International delivery can be arranged for many of our products using specialist carriers.
Delivery charges depend on the destination, product type, order size and packaging requirements.

Important Delivery Information
- Standard deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
- Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
- Our driver can normally call approximately 1–2 hours before arrival.
- Please ensure somebody is available to receive the order.
- Standard delivery is kerbside only.
- Customers are responsible for arranging suitable help to move products from the delivery point.
- A two-person delivery service may be available for an additional charge.
- Please inspect products at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately.
- Special packaging or delivery arrangements should be discussed with us before dispatch.
