Classic Victorian cornice. It is a very shallow cornice on the wall and long on the ceiling. It gives the impression of expanding the wall.  Perfect for Victorian houses with high ceilings. As the cornice shape was changing through the Victorian period, this cornice style appears before the Edwardian era.
