Questions frequently asked by our customers.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we have a showroom which is based in London, 127 Scrubs Lane, NW10 6QU. We have a lot of our products on display and samples fitted to the walls for customers to help them see it in reality. The opening times are from Mon-Saturday between 8am-6pm.

How can we order your products?

We accept all major bank cards and cash.

Do you have your company’s brochure?

Yes, we have. If you need one, please contact us and we will send you within the next few days.

Do you also fit your products?

Yes, we have specially trained people who fit our products quickly and very professionally.

Please contact us on 02089626938 or 07747700737 if you need cornices or any other products to be fitted. Fitting prices may differ due to size, difficulty and patterns of out items.

Do you deliver your products?

Yes, we deliver them. Most of Cornices Centre products are held in stock in North West London and can be picked up by our customers. However, if orders are bigger and need to be delivered, it may take about 10 working days to reach the customer. We deliver within 25 miles area from Monday to Saturday between 8am to 6pm. Our delivery times may vary during Christmas, New Year or Bank Holidays. All our customers are notified beforehand about the delivery times. Please contact us prior to ordering if you would like to check our stock.

Do you send your product samples?

Unfortunately, we no longer send our samples. If you need any, you can come to our workshop and pick them up or contact us on 02089626938 to discuss this and we will to our best to help you.

What are you products made from?

Our products are made from good quality plaster and are cast using traditional methods.

Do you come and estimate work beforehand ?

Yes. We come and measure the place where plasterworks need to be done and then we send a quote to a customer. Our estimate is free of charge.

When do we pay for the works (before being started or when it is completed)?

When the customer is happy with our quote and is ready for us to carry out works, the customer needs to pay 50% of the set price (deposit) beforehand and when the works are completed, the costumer pays the rest.
